Kristopher has been an active Realtor on Nova Scotia’s Queens since 2008 and offers a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise when it comes to buying and selling homes. Over the past number of years, EXIT Realty Corp. International has recognized him with a variety of prestigious awards. Most recently, he was awarded with several career-high accolades for 2021, such as being named #2 in North America and #2 in Atlantic Canada for closed sales transactions, to name a few. He takes pride in working hard and ensuring buyers and sellers are well-represented throughout their transaction.
In 2019 Kristopher and Mark Seamone acquired the EXIT Realty Inter Lake business and currently operate two locations in Liverpool and Bridgewater, and their business is rapidly expanding. Born and raised in the Region of Queens, Kristopher continues to reside there with his wife Karen and their two children. He is an upstanding and well-respected member of the community with an active volunteer history and has served many tenures as Chair of community Boards for organizations that align with his passions and interests. He is grateful to live in a place with so many wonderful family offerings, modern schools, arts and culture programs, and recreational activities that create enriching life experiences.
